If you believe that content on our Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature

- Within 24 hours: We acknowledge receipt of the notice
- Within 48 hours: Infringing content is removed or disabled
- Within 72 hours: The alleged infringer is notified
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice. We will restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
5. Repeat Infringers
We maintain a repeat infringer policy. Users who receive three valid DMCA notices will have their accounts permanently terminated.
