Launder money or finance terrorism
Sell personal data obtained without consent
Infringe intellectual property rights
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Circumvent Platform security measures
Create multiple accounts to evade bans
Scrape, crawl, or automated-access the Platform without permission
Sell products prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction

3. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

Immediate suspension or termination of your account
Forfeiture of any funds held on the Platform
Reporting to law enforcement authorities
Civil or criminal legal action

5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

xKouros SaaS cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating illegal activity. We will provide user data, transaction records, and IP logs when presented with valid legal process (court orders, subpoenas, or equivalent).
